1.Please be on time (so that your fellas can start on time too)!

If you are late for 15 min or more, depending on the schedule and your service duration, we might have to:

  • shorten your service. For example, instead of scheduled mani+design, plain color manicure only will be accommodated.
  • cancel your booking at all. If you are very late, and we are no longer able to accommodate your appointment, it will be cancelled and considered “No Show“ with the applicable cancellation fee

Etiquette
For the consideration of others, we request that visitors keep noise to a reasonable minimum. Kindly use headphones if you wish to watch or listen to movie/podcast on your devise during the treatment. Children under 14 y.o are not allowed at the salon unless they are accompanied by an adult.
Nails LAB is a ladies only salon. If you are accompanied by a male adult, kindly ask him to wait outside.


Check-in
Please arrive on time to avoid reduced treatment time. A late arrival might result in a shortened treatment or treatment cancellation to accommodate other guests fairly.


Valuables
The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind left at the Nails LAB premises.

Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the salon are prohibited.

Cancellation Policy
A 4-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours’ notice equals to “no-show”. 50% of the booking value cancellation fee is applied. The applicable fee is to be paid by online payment link prior to booking a new visit. In case of holding a valid package, the fee is to be deducted from a package/credit balance.


Refund Policy
Treatment packages, gift cards are non-refundable. Unused portion of the packages or gift cards are non-transferable or non-exchangeable for another time after the expiry date.

Warranty period
If you are not satisfied with the received service after the service completion, you must inform the salon administrator immediately at the checkout. In case the assessment of the performed service will identify poor quality, we will offer to rectify it free of charge at the same time (subject to availability) or, if not possible, within a warranty period. In case the service is performed up to our standards, but does not meet your personal preferences or expectations in terms of color/design/shape etc, we will not rectify it free of charge.

10 days warranty period is applicable only to full nail services performed with gel/gel polish (gelish manicure, gelish pedicure, nail extensions, nail extensions refills). In case of gel/gel polish coat cracking, chipping, fading, falling off within 10 days from the service date, we will repair/re-extend all broken nails and reapply gel/gel polish of the same color and design wherever needed. Please make sure to claim a warranty case before the warranty period expiry to avail a repair.

Service duration
Each service has a set average duration, and our technicians will do their best to complete the service on time, however, as all services are manually performed, there might be certain variation. Duration of the service will, also, depend on your cooperation with technician.

The treatments, services received or utilised at Nails LAB are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that Clients may have. The clients will fully indemnify and hold harmless Nails LAB, its holding company(ies), affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the salon treatments, services and/or facilities.
